Before You Book
Common questions — full FAQ on the How It Works page.
Do I need a Turo account to book?
Yes — Turo is the booking platform. Creating a Turo account is free and takes about 2 minutes. You'll need to verify your driver's license through the Turo app before your first booking. Once set up, future bookings take 60 seconds.
What's the minimum age to rent?
21 years old minimum. Turo may charge a young driver fee for renters under 25 — this is set by Turo, not Carvee. You must have a valid driver's license and meet Turo's driver requirements.
What insurance or protection do I need?
Turo offers several protection plans at checkout — Basic, Standard, and Premium. You choose your level at the time of booking. Your personal auto insurance may also cover Turo rentals — check with your provider. For direct bookings through carveerentals.com, see our Rental Agreement for coverage options.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes. Turo handles cancellations through their platform. Carvee uses Turo's standard cancellation policy — full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the trip start. See our Cancellation Policy for direct bookings.
Where exactly do I pick up the vehicle?
Park My Share DEN — 25200 E. 68th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019. A free airport shuttle runs between DEN terminals and Park My Share, so you don't need to arrange separate transportation. Open 24 hours, 7 days a week. You'll receive a digital access link before your trip to locate and unlock the vehicle on arrival.
